I would give it 3.5 stars ?? ????
The bike it’s alright , the battery doesn’t give you 38 miles like it says , full throttle would probably 13 miles like some ppl have stated . The bearings make noise and I haven’t even put 60 miles on it yet, the rear wheel looks crooked when riding ,when doing the gear changes it’s not smooth it makes noises after you change the gear, it it’s heavy so if you live on second floor be ready for a work out, don’t get me wrong I like the bike but I has its con’s . I just hope I wont be spending more money to fix the bike in case something goes wrong.

This thing is a beast. I’m 6’4”, 215 lbs, and not only am I comfortable on this thing, man, it moves. I live in an urban downtown area and this is perfect for tooling around, especially when the weather is less than awesome (chunky tires). 20 minutes tops from open box to riding in the street. Be sure to watch the quick assembly video to make sure you’ve checked all the boxes. This is a game changer. Buy one.

Over all I think this bike is good for short distances the battery doesn’t hold much of a charge after rideing for 2/3 hours on just throttle

Quality is crazy good! I love this bike ! The only thing I would change speed. I wish it was faster but it’s still pretty fast it just becomes addictive when you ride in car trafficLess….I love it a lot.

Honest Review - 4 Month Owner
Honest Review: Both my roommate and I have purchased these bikes and have had them for about 4 months. We purchased these bikes when they were first released. It was a gamble that has paid off. These bikes work great from the pavement, the beach, to dirt bike trails. They are like mini street legal dirt-bikes. Milage Per Charge: -I have a bike if I want to pedal. This I bought for cruising around and having fun. I am 6'5 200lbs and will get 12-15 miles before the battery starts to slow down a little. I can easily get to 20 miles on one charge with no peddling, but at 15 miles it will start slowing down pretty drastically. I usually go on 12-15 mile rides and charge it. I'm sure you can reach the 37 mile range using pedal assist. NOTE: I do live in a very flat area. -20MPH holds up great. And feels way faster than you'd expect -Comfortable seat -Stylish design -Front shock is a huge perk for a bike in this price range. I wouldn't buy a bike without one. The cheaper Super73 was my first choice before finding this (doesn't have a shock). Cons: -The wire heading to the front headlight is very tight. I ended up replacing the headlight with something of better quality. Cheap and wasn't a big deal. -My bike had an issue where the speedometer stopped working and the bike would randomly shut off. This started at around 220 miles. Its not the end of the world because the bikes still works otherwise, but I contacted customer support. This is where SWFT really outdid themselves for their customer and went out of their way to send us the appropriate replacement parts to get our bikes working again. I couldn't be happier working with a company who stands by their product and is willing to fix the issue. Thank you SWFT! Conclusion: If your looking for a stylish E-Bike that is great for on and off road, this is a great purchase for its price point. Plus you have a company who backs their product with amazing customer support!

Worth it for less than full price
I had limitations and budgets set on what type of ebike i was going to get. I was hessitant on getting the swft zip due to not wanting spend a ton. I have my qwerks about it. Im not sure its just mine but i had a underperforming battery. And not to waterproof where the controller unit is by the cranks. Particialy why i give it a 4/5 stars but i have uograde plans for it when warrernty expires and parts fail.

My shopping experience
There's no other place in the world I'd rather shop than Best buy. Each employee has the knowledge in their department to make you understand what you are buying and the quality that you are buying.. I have spent over tens of thousands of dollars at Best buy in the last couple of years and I will continue shopping there forever Great experience great workers great atmosphere and they stand by their product and don't sell you junk.

Do not buy.
The bike was fine when I got it. Followed instructions to a t to put together. Rode it for a few months and the left pedal just fell off while riding one day. From normal riding the pedal slot was stripped. How cheap. They sent me a new pedal and crank shaft and it doesn’t even fit. The same thing happened to the kick stand with getting stripped and falling off. The new kickstand came with screws that are too small for the spot for it on the bike. So frustrated. I need a refund.
