Mr. Robot Vacuum
This was my first Robot Vacuum purchase. I did a lot of research bringin me down to this or one of the roombas. Seemed like Shark gives you the better bang for you buck with what you got so I went with the Matrix plus 2 in 1. It works! I've gathered up a lot of debris stuff from ground put it all together and watched Vacuum go sucking it all up like nothing. Almost 100% picked up on first sweep but goes back around and get anything it missed. The Shark app is easy to use, let's you set up rooms and No Go zones and scheduled automatic cleanings. Won't do Multiple floors or least I've never found option for it so if you only got one floor this could work perfect. It's not loud. It's handy having around the house.

Its amazing!
Cleans really well! We have a dog that sheds like crazy, and this guy (we named him Bruce) picks most of the hair! Saves me so much time, and while it doesnt get every corner and crevice it does so much that makes me chores list easier. I highly recommend, especially if you can get it on sale. I bought it full price and I do not regret it!

Pet hair? Sanity saver!!
I bought this machine out of desperation. My Shiba’s hair shedding was killing me. I was sweeping every other day. Bundles of hair everywhere. I run this thing everyday. It’s a life saver. Haven’t used mop yet though.

Misleading.
Front of box shows that is is filled with water and states self empty for up to 60 days. Thats only true if you dont have the mop attachment on. It only self empties with the vacuum attachment. You have to manually dump when using the vacuum only attachment. Not sure I would have purchased if i knew I had to change attachments everytime to switch between mom and vacuum self empty.

Great robot vacuum
My mom and I always want a robot vaccuum/mop, and I am so happy I got the shark! First of all, it is a lot less than the Roomba, and second, it it just so convenient to have (especially if you have pets). When we first got it (this is hilarious) I didn't know it would go back to the dock to charge on it's own and it scared my mom! I was outside when she called Me and told me Bruce (our shark's name) rushed to the dock, running for it's life. And then, later that night, I wasn't expecting it to go finish where it left off (which scared my mom again lol) which is awesome. oh, and our cats love to stalk it and watch it work lol.

Best option out there
I was skeptical about getting one since I have tall thresholds and wasn’t sure it would be able to get over them. This one does with ease. It sweeps and mops up after my 2 cats and dog perfectly.

Excellent!!! Love how well it vaccuums. Setting up the mopping does take a few with marking out area rugs. With 11 cats it doesnt live up to the 60 days without dumping the bin, but, hey, most people dont have a wife who brings home every stray she finds!!! And, did i mention?? It is also a toy/taxi service for a cat to ride on

Great first step upgrade … the mapping of the whole house is actually amazing and pretty accurate. Thing I love - 3d mapping - the vacuum and filter. Makes me feel sooo happy - ai name suggestions Things to improve: - just wish I could add one room it missed without remapping the whole thing - it takes forever to vacuum one room (aka 30 min) - not sure how clean it is??? - switching between mopping and vacuuming isn’t clear and easy
