Great vacuum and mop!
I have 3 dogs and a cat so all the hair all over my floors and I also have an infant who is in the beginning stages of crawling so I need my floors clean. The vacuum does a great job, even getting the corners which our old robot vacuum did not do and I’d have to go behind and get those. The vacuum itself seems to have decent suction for a robot although we have hardwood floors and 2 thin rugs so I can’t say how it’d do with carpet. I also love the mopping feature, it’s so nice to be able to have one machine that will do both and get both the dog’s hair and muddy foot prints.

I recently invested in this Vacuum Cleaner and I am absolutely blown away by its capabilities! This vacuum cleaner is not just your ordinary cleaning device - it's a game-changer that combines vacuuming and mopping functionalities, all while being able to clean on its own with just a few taps on the accompanying app I really recommend it if you have dogs also!!!

Im satified! For the money, shes awesome. Mapping - Great Self cleaning- perfect "MATRIX" clean - best vacuuming these rugs and carpets have ever had without paying someone or renting a cleaner. Ease of app. - well done. Im old and I get it. Lol Great tool for the house. Works with Alexa, and maybe Google. I do hope that eventually, that it only needs me to say "Becky" instead of this interaction; "Alexa, ask Shark to clean kitchen." "Okay, which robot?" "Becky." I only have one robot. Lol That may be more Amazon than Shark too, though. Overall though, buy it.

Best Vac Mop Robot I've ever had!
Hands down the best Vac/Mop robot I've ever had. I swept, vacuumed, and mopped my floors like I normally would while this device was charging. I'd put up my Christmas tree the day before and even after all of that, there was still some glitter stuck to my hardwood floors. As soon as this was fully charged, I popped out the vacuum only attachment and then filled the vac/mop attachment with solution and water as in structed. Easily slid and secured the mopping pad into place. I let it go into explore mode, and then followed the prompts for creating any do not mop zones and do not vac or mop zone, rug set up, etc. Finally, I got to the point where it started it's first cleaning... OMG at how dirty the mop pad was when it was done. I let it go for a second time after the floors dried with the second pad... Same thing. Third time, barely any dirt left behind. I can't believe how much effort I'd put into precleaning the floors for them to still be that dirty. Now, I let it sweep/vac on a schedule of Sun-Tues-Thurs and vac/wet mop on Mon-Wed-Fri- and Saturday. The pads stay relatively clean now each time and my floors have never been this shiny! Highly highly recommend this unit! It's so good I want a second one for upstairs!

Good Robot vaccum!
Very good robot vacuum cleaner, it really cleans very well and some areas that are not easy to reach such as under the bed. I would say that it fulfills its function and I would give it 8/10.

This is the best vacuum. I’ve had it for 7 days and already ran it about 14 times! The mop is amazing and you could set the designated rooms and the areas to mop. The eyes I added to it are a fun addition for the kids. You

Back-saving ultra convenience!
What a back-saver this cleaning bot is! It's amazing how accurate it's mapping feature is, and how easy it is with the app to label my rooms, send it to specific areas of the house, and know when it is done or just emptying it's dust bin. Worth every penny!
