Just right!
So far, this microwave works great with just the right amount of bells and whistles anyone would need!

Save your money
Worked fine first 3 months, then a sensor burned out. Store warranty is 90 days but manufacturers is a year but they really do nothing. Followed their procedures and never heard back from them. Sent a service technician but no replacement parts available. Have to file claim then wait for GE to ok for you to buy another then GE will reimburse you for the SECOND oven!

GE micorwave
This microwave comes with a 12 month warranty. Suddenly, without warning, poof! 15 months later it quit working. Naturally, I did not purchase extended warranties. But, still, 15 months...?? And, it was/is the only microwave out there that so perfectly fits its' intended space :( So, I was encouraged to call GE, and lo and behold they offered a complete rebate for replacement!! :) WooHoo!! And, here I was, never going to buy GE again. Stoopid me :) Thanks GE!! my confidence has been restored :)

White microwave
I bought this for a gift for my in-laws. They are in their 90’s and have no trouble using this. They are very happy with it and recommend it to everyone

Excellent and durable microwave
I had the same brand before for over 20year, during those years I never had a problem with this GE brand microwave. Very durable.

Overall solid
The microwave works for us as advertised. It is also really good for the price and the timeline that I needed to complete the purchase in. However, the button to open the door is difficult to activate. You have to be perfectly centered on the button to get it to work. Further, the door continues to be stiff to close. I would also like the buttons on the keypad to be a little larger. All things that if I had a floor model to look at first I might have chosen a different model.

Works well, but feels flimsy
This microwave is quiet and works well, with accurate temperature performance. The control pad is very intuitive. I like the "add 30 sec" feature which allows instant cooking on high in 30 sec intervals w/o having to punch in time/power level. The door is so flimsy that if you close it pushing it at the top, it bends and does not actually close! The bottom latches don't make contact when the door bends. Likewise, the open button, while large and easy, also feels flimsy, and makes one wonder if it will actually last through years of service. Because of that, I went for an extended warranty, which still made the overal cost reasonable, factoring in the sale price of the microwave.

Good Micro - Gets the job done at a good price.
I had a hard time finding an all white microwave in the size and price that I wanted. The one I found is fine. It does the job it was intended to do. Nothing fancy. Wish door opened wider and was flush when it closed. Otherwise, satisfied with micro; color, size, price and performance.

Died Just over 1 Year Old
The connectors on the thermal sensor and the flame sensor melted. The sensors are just fine and the fuse never blew. Also, this failure is not from flame or thermal event. It appears that the turntable mototr is defective and probably was from day one. It should present 130 ohms or resistance to the meter, but instead I get 120 ohms. I'm assuming that is the excess current that metled the connectors but did not blow the fuse. So far, all other devices test to specifications. The 2 sensors must be replaced cannot be reused because the spade connectors were damaged during the removal of the melted connectors The were fused together. My last microwave lasted 10 years and would be here today had the power company not fried every (almost) appliance and electrical device that I had. Even the kitchen range and several light bulbs. The one before that also lasted about 10 years. I didn't plan on posting a review until I saw so many others that experienced that same premature death from apparent poor or inferior parts. I am disappointed as i'm sure is Thomas Edison. Shame shame shame.
