I PURCHASED THIS TO REPLACE MY OLD WD CLOUD THAT WAS NO LONGER SUPPORTED. I LOVE THE DESIGN. LEARNING HOW TO USE THIS IS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE AS MOST OF THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALREADY OUTDATED AND THE APPS TO USE THE PRODUCT NO LONGER EXIST OR NOT SUPPORTED. I WOULD NO PURCHASE THIS BRAND AGAIN.

This product works great as a backup for cell phonss and tablets. Very easy to use and app works great as well. I would highly recommend.
