A little hard to get Inside chair, and wished it went a little higher up on my neck.

Wonderful!
My wife and I recently made life changes which require alot more city driving. This chair is the perfect compliment to that change as it thoroughly removes the physical stress. The chair arrived with a kink in the air tube inside the chair impacting one arm. The vendor facilitated support procedures and the issue was fixed in short order. Wonderful chair and wonderful customer service!
