Damaged item denied return or exchange
The one star is for Best Buy… I ordered this stove as a surprise for my husband so it remained wrapped for a few days until our anniversary. The box arrive Sealed with no damage to the box. There were no signs to the outside of the box anyway. Upon opening it though- The stove has a huge dent in the side. When I called they said because we were 3 days outside the 15day return window there is nothing they can do. $400+ solo stove dented obviously during the packaging and “there is nothing they can do.” I mean- At least exchange it for one that is brand new and not dented? Terrible service. They just lost another good customer.
