    150 to 600mm sigma lens

Posted by Logan Wright on 13th May 2024

This has been a good lens. It how ever dose not compare to nikon 6oomm lens at$12,000 bucks but for those who want to get that extra distance. The lens has a nice tripod mount which is a must at 8lbs... no as lite as your 70 to 200mm. Keep that in mind it dose come with its own carry case. It has image stabilization and it dose have a lock so the lens don't drift when carrying it. Over a great price for the lens

    Great lens for birds

Fast AF. Sharp images. The reach is fantastic on my D7500. Heavy but manageable.

    Great lens

Posted by Angela Poole on 10th May 2024

You can hand hold this lens and get great pictures. This is definitely a specialty lens. This is for safaris, birds, etc... Very sharp pictures even at 600mm. I use it with the Nikon D7100, so it gets 900mm at 24 mp. The lens is very heavy, but it is way lighter than the sports version. Be sure to get the dock for future updates and personal configuration. This is a bargain for all this lens offers.

    Budget friendly, but not cheap.

Posted by Troy Choi on 6th May 2024

I’ve had this lens for a little over a year now and have taken thousands of photos with it. This is a superb “budget friendly” alternative to the 200-500 Nikon (which I have also shot). To the untrained eye, the photos are just as sharp as the Nikon and if you are going to zoom in and make prints, it is fantastic.

    Great lens. See pictures.

Matched with Nikon D5600. The pictures talk by themselves. Can imagine when I get the Nikon D850 for great results.

    Fantastic lens for the money!

I purchased this lens to go with my Nikon D7500. Very sharp and auto focus while tracking birds in flight has been great! The OS works great when hand holding the lens.

    Great Telephoto Lens

Posted by Allen Conway II on 12th Apr 2024

This is a great lens for those of us who can't spend thousands of dollars on one lens. My wife sat out in the backyard the other day and got some great up-close shots of butterflys without needing a macro lens. She was able to use the lens without a tripod. The shots I posted were at the lake just as the sun was coming up.

    Great lens

Posted by Kelsey Brown on 8th Apr 2024

Very sharp, quick auto focus, decent weight. Exceeded my expectations. First sigma purchase, so far has proven to be better quality and performance than the Tamron lenses ive purchased. Well worth the money!
