    Sony SA-RS3S will work..

Posted by Allen Mcdonald on 24th Jun 2024

If you want exact, need two 5 mm threads, long 32 mm screws to connect to the back Sony speakers to the post "L" clamp. Yet, in box it has 1/4 -20X2.25 can work. Quality standard, overseas made: inner post screw alignment is uneven but come together. The rods from the base to the top, not that tight; I used heavy duty rubber washer to absorb side lateral accidental movements. The adjustable screws on the side are very lite quality, had to use pliers to put pressure on it. Positive news, behind your couch/ stadium seats and if nobody goes back there, should be okay.

    Great for rear speakers

Posted by Whitney Alvarado on 13th Jun 2024

These stands have been great for my Samsung q90r rear speakers with one minor quirk. I had to try a few different configurations. If using the square base plate to set the speaker on, the speaker’s power cord attaches to the bottom of the speaker, and having to screw in from the top of the base plate prevents the speaker from sitting flat. The power cord plug contacts the top of the screw head. I resolved this problem by placing some sound deadening foam (also called Monitor isolation pads) on the baseplate first so that the speaker could sit flush. I am very happy with the result and attached photos. The foam pads were easy to cut to match the size of the square base. I did go out and buy one extra of the longer 1/4-20 x 1.25 in. Screws and washer to assist with my configuration.

Not for high end Samsung satellite speakers

Posted by Joshua Smith on 29th May 2024

These are heavy duty well built stands. I would give 5 stars if they fit either my Samsung HWQ90R or HW-Q930C satellite speakers. Although there is a good variety of bracket configurations included with these stands, there are no included brackets that align with the threaded mounting holes on the back of these speakers. Consequently I had to fabricate working brackets from the included array of parts in the box. The other issue is that the power cord for each speaker is supposed to run up through the hollow stand poles, and out a slot cut in the pole near the top to plug into the speaker. Unfortunately the power cord plugs for the Samsung are way to large to fit in the pole or out the slot. This is not the stands fault, I simply did not do deep enough research before the purchase. I decided to keep them as I made them work for the speakers of one sound bar that is in my office and generally not under guest scrutiny. I will find another model the works correctly with the living room speakers. This would be an excellent purchase otherwise, just make sure they work with whatever brand of speaker you have.

    Works with Samsung KW- N950

Posted by John Hammond on 27th May 2024

I’m using it for the satellite speakers that came with the Samsung HW-N950. This stand has a lot of options. It comes with a square platform that almost perfectly fits the speakers, I’ve attached the “L” shape bracket to the platform for added security. The speaker wires can’t go through the hollow tube so I made it work with a few zip ties. Not too bad.

    Very good, could be better.

I bought these for the satellite speakers of the Samsung Harmon Kardon HW-N950 soundbar even though I couldn't confirm with Sanus that they would work. Well, with some ingenuity, I did manage to use the stands with a simple reversal of a pair of the included mounting brackets. Instead of attaching the speakers to the front side of the "T" brackets which wouldn't work due to the position of the mounting hole, I attached them to the back side of the brackets and positioned the steel base to counter balance the speakers. It worked perfectly. The only other problem with the speaker stands is that openings for the speaker cord were to small for the speaker power cords from Samsung.

    As Advertised, Many Mounting Options

Needed something to mount my Samsung Q950T Soundbar Rear speakers with. Had a lot of brackets for multiple applications. Should fit anything on the market.

    Good for the price.

Nice stands for smaller speakers. I'm currently using these stands to support a pair of SVS Prime Satellite speakers. The speakers are a little heavy but within specs of the stands. The base of the stands is ample in weight and holds up the speakers just fine. The stands do come with an assortment of mounts for various speakers but I still had to experiment with some of the mounts (and bend them) to get them to work with the SVS satellites. The screw that holds the height of the stand seems a little weak but gets the job done.

Great stands, for a great price!

Hello, and thanks for reading my review! Let’s get right in! These speaker stands are a great edition to anyone’s home theater system! I’m using Sony SRS-ZR5 rears on the stands! They work great! Balance is good! Options for mounting are very good! You have a few different ways you can attach to your speakers. Then, if your creative you can attach more then one bracket if you need to. With the Sony, I used one bracket per stand, and the results are awesome! Only thing I would change is the opening for wires! This opening in the poll is to allow the wire to be hidden, allowing a cleaner install. Sadly, the only wire you’ll be able to get through is a speaker wire, or network. The 120v outlet plug won’t fit! So, that’s a bummer. Other wise, these are ready to rock! They have two different foot options! One for a carpet, and one for hard flooring. The black wrinkle coating on the metal is great quality. Looks like every other gig stand I’ve seen. They are a bit of weight, which is good! You don’t want you speakers tipping over! So, the weight is great! Make sure you face your speaker over the stand, and not off the back or front side! This will cause your install to be very off-balance. Other wise, this is a sold unit! Good choice for home theater systems of all kinds. My photo is not outstanding, I apologize! You get my point.
