Not as nice as I expected
My father's Samsung soundbar (a different modrl) sounds great. But the sound this one is OK but not spectacular. The rear speakers failed after a few months but were replaced by Samsung under warranty. There are four sound modes but little customization or explanation is available. The Alexa implementation is incomplete. It cannot Apple Music. "Apple Music is not supported on this device." It cannot make an announcement. "Sorry you can't send announcements from this device yet." It cannot Drop In. "Calling with Alexa is not supported on this device. You can use the Alexa app instead." The Alexa Wake Word cannot be changed. It cannot play Apple Podcasts. "Apple Podcasts is not supported on this device." Samsung's SmartThings app cannot access many of the soundbar's settings (e.g. virtual speaker setting). When streaming music from Amazon music via Wi-Fi the sound bar stutters with half a second of silence every now and then. It's not a buff rain issue the speed in this part of my home is above 150Mbs.
