Return Conditions
Please note that the following circumstances are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products lacking accompanying accessories
- Products received as gifts
All requests for return or refund must be approved by us before proceeding. If the customer is eligible for a return or refund, we will cover the return fee.

If the issue is caused by our side, the return fee will be covered by us, or you have the option to use a return label provided by us when you reach out to request the return.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to admin@ponponstore.com with your order number, state the reason for return, and attach some photos of the items (or the problems of the items received).
We will provide return labels by mail.
