A great great toothbrush
This toothbrush does an outstanding job of cleaning my teeth. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get a great tooth cleaning.

Disappointed
I was disappointed. It cut my gums a few times. On the Sensitive setting my gums were fine, and I really liked how it worked, actually thought it was doing a good job. However, I just got back from the dentist and had more tartar than I normally do. I had previously been using Philips Sonicare toothbrush and will go back to it. Also, there is no visual clue provided to know what mode you are in. Since the normal and whitening modes hurt my gums, this is problematic -- if I hit the mode button by mistake, then I don't know what mode it is in - a very poor design. I was not able to tell the difference by sound or feel either.

This is really good value for money. I paid $50 for this during a sale. It has all the essential features you need in a toothbrush and does the job well.

Basic but good. The higher end model with the screen that shows the battery life and time brushing is the better in my opinion.
