Love the case. Small form factor is what I was looking for and nzxt does not disappoint. Super easy to build in.

Super easy to build in. And at an unbeatable price! Definitely worth it of you need to save space without sacrificing any airflow thanks to the design, which was my biggest concern.

A definite improvement over the first version

The NZXT H1 v2 is an excellent value when on sale. I picked this up for $200 on sale and for every you get, I think it’s worth it. I had the H1 v1 and this one is definitely taller and a bit wider. This is to accommodate bigger graphics cards. NZXT also included a 750watt Power Supply instead of the 650 watt in the older model. They also added an additional USB 3.0 port on top and an improved riser cable for the graphics card. The included 140 mm AIO water cooler seems to be the same setup as before which isn’t bad. All of the cables are pre-routed so this is almost as plug and play as you get with PC builds. The new USB controller didn’t quite workout with my MSI motherboard so I went ahead and plugged the CPU fan cable directly onto my motherboard in addition to the usb controller cable. I’m very happy with this small form factor case and would recommend it, especially when on sale. Hold out for those 50% off deals if you can!

So much, in such a small space. 750 watt PSU in a case that can handle the heat. Great value when on sale. Easy to build computer inside.

    Excellent case with some caveats

This is probably the best mini-ITX case I've ever worked with, I had built a few PCs for other people with this case and finally decided to get one myself. There are a couple of issues, which I will get out of the way first. Price: The full retail price of $400 is pretty steep, miniITX cases usually cost a little more, but that is a lot for a PC case. It is frequently on sale for $200 which is a much better price and very fair for the build quality and included accessories. I've been told that $400 is a fair price for the H1 because it includes the cooler and PSU, which brings me to my next point AIO Cooler and PSU: The included cooler and power supply are great in the sense that they perfectly fit the case, are pre installed with thoughtful cable routing already taken care of. However, pump on the cooler is a little noisy for my liking, and the fan on the PSU was also audible. I ended up replacing both. My build: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I Ryzen 7 7700 64GB DDR5-6200 RTX 3070Ti Seasoonic SPX-750 PSU Noctua NH-L12 Heatsink Noctua NF-A14 Fan Custom perforated wooden front grill from JakeFaceCustoms on etsy. Using the Noctua heatsink in this case was easy, and by removing the AIO radiator I was able to easily install the 140 Noctua fan as an intake, it fits snug with the top of the heatsink. The seasonic PSU is quieter than the NZXT that comes with the case and cable length is appropriate for the case. With this configuration the PC runs silent most of the time and fans only ramp up under a heavy load. However even under sustained load, running benchmarks, I was never seeing a CPU temperature over 75 degrees and fans never had to ramp to 100% to keep the processor cool. The GPU fans can make some noise when gaming, but there is plenty of fresh air available through the side mesh (and front mesh if you replace the glass) so it never gets too loud and is quite unobtrusive on my desk. It's quite incredible to be able to pack this much performance into this small box and maintain adequate cooling, using only off the shelf components that are easy to service and maintain.

    Absolute Bargain for $200

Great SFF case. There are mods available on Etsy to customize. Added an i9 and 3080 with a ton of fans. Stays reasonably cool.
