    Refrigerator Does Not Get Cold.

Posted by Alex Lynch on 23rd Jun 2024

The first NewAir refrigerator I received was dented. However, more importantly, even set at the coldest temperature, I could not get it colder than 42 degrees F. The replacement NewAir was even worse. The coldest was 49 degrees, as measured by a digital thermometer. The specs say it should get to 38 degrees, so it wasn't even close. 40 degrees is the minimum temp for safe food. I would NOT recommend NewAir refrigerators.

Very nice beer fridge. Keeps beer very cold. Quiet running. Inside light is ok.

    Average, Not exceptional

Does what its intended to do. It would be better if the light inside could turn on when you opened the door and turn off when you close it. The light is controlled by a simple rocker switch. Can recommend to others as a very basic solution.

    Great little beverage fridge

Been a great outdoor fridge. Sleek and has worked well. Gets some condensation build up on glass outside on hot days

Would not recommend for long-term use

Posted by Sonya Hurley on 28th Apr 2024

We have had this fridge for a little over a year, and it no longer works. It started making a very loud noise, as though the fan was acting up, and then it just stopped getting cold. Also, it never kept things super cold in the first place.

This is a terrible fridge. It does not get cold at all. Snacks go bad within a week.

Want to waste your time and money?

Posted by Scott Morris on 12th Apr 2024

This product has major quality issues. Had it for two months and it is making cracking and popping noises. On top of that, the glass door fogs up quite a bit. How convenient that this fridge fails right after the return policy expires. You will need to pay for packaging fees to send it in for service or to get a replacement. No need to attach a picture, the unit is still new.
