Great Computer
I purchased this PC for my 12yr old son for Christmas. He has been wanting a gaming PC for awhile now. He loves it, it was very easy to set up. I havent had any issues with it at all. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gaming pc.

Insane deal.
alright fellas, I got this on sale for $750 + tax the week before Thanksgiving--which is insane considering the specs. like, you'd be hard pressed to find similar specs for that much in a custom build. The case has great airflow and is silent. Wires are neatly bound and nothing was loose upon first inspecting the case. I suggest buying another 16 GB of RAM and an additional drive, and eventually upgrading the CPU as that is the biggest hiccup with this build. Basically you've got an older gen Intel i5 and a newer gen NVIDIA RTX 4060 which is a weird combo but doable if you're broke like me. My second biggest gripe is more so toward MSI's way of updating motherboards. You have to have a separate USB to install firmware for their products and it's kind of complicated. Anyway, I checked the specs on MSI's website (they have a page dedicated to their Codex R models) and they seem super fair. It plays most titles like a dream on ultra or super high settings. I don't play AAA titles like COD but I do play a lot of RTS and sims and they hold up excellently. now that the sale's over and it's back to $999 I'd be way less enthusiastic about recommending it, but that's just because my budget was $800 when I found this earlier in November. I think if money isn't as big of an issue with you, and you want a good prebuilt, it's worth it.

I stole this…
At least thats what it feels like after realizing that i only payed $715 after tax when this dropped for plus and total tech members. I was expecting a modest PC with 1080p capabilities and not much higher. Ive been gaming at 4k in low settings for Dead Space (2023) and 1440p in medium settings with TAA High and Ray Tracing at a locked 60fps. Even at the retail price of $999, its a great little gaming PC. Hence why its a literal steal if you get it cheaper!!
