I only gave three stars because I purchased The Kitchen aid bread mixing/baking bowl as a Christmas gift for my Daughter in law. She has not received it yet.

Works great! It’s an expensive bowl but it works in the Kitchen Aid Mixer.

Dissappointing
Not Kitchen Aid quality. Dough stick inside, Difficult to lift bowl when hot. Baked dough tends to stick to bowl despite oiling creating accident when half baked bread landed on oven door

Muti-use must have.
Amazing and convenient bowl. You can mix in it, let the dough rest and then bake your bread in it. What more doI need?!! I love an item that saves me time and clutter.

I made the "Everyday Artisan Bread" last night and it was a hit with the family. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cannot wait to use it again.
