Best Instant Pot yet
I absolutely love this cooker. I was worried at first because the power cord is thinner like a regular lamp cord and not the heavy duty one on the older models. But it turns out this model heats up much faster. The steam release valve seals automatically when you close the lid and releasing it is much easer, safer, and way more quieter. With built in handles on the inner pot is so nice to have. No more pot holders dipping into the contents while you try to be agile when removing the pot. Those handles also stay cool enough to lift the pot out with out mitts. The programming is a little confusing at first but in time it becomes second nature. The look of the unit is downright sexy. The solid black exterior looks great on my black granite. I can't vouch for reliability because it's only a few months old. For now this is a real winner.

Eating clean and tasty
I used to own a Gourmia pressure cooker that worked perfectly for 2 months until my food started to have a funny taste. the coating on the inner pot was gradually coming off and made me afraid I was eating tiny contaminants with my food. That gourmia inner pot was not specified as a stainless steel one. I can tell the difference with my new Instant Pot Pro, my food tastes like they should. clean

The Instapot Pro is great! It’s easy to use, cooks very quickly, and the results have been awesome. Great for fixing something while working from home or after church on Sunday’s. Can’t believe I’m just now buying one. Should have bought this years ago. The 6 qt is perfect for a family of 6. Highly recommend.
