₅For “over 24 hours”: Estimated battery life based on testing using a median Pixel user battery usage profile across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features. Average battery life during testing was approximately 31 hours. Battery testing conducted on a major carrier network.
For “Up to 72 hours”: Estimated battery life based on testing using a median Pixel user battery usage profile across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of limited other features that are default in Extreme Battery Saver mode (which disables various features including 5G connectivity).
Battery testing conducted on a major carrier network. For both claims: Battery testing conducted in California in mid 2022 on pre-production hardware and software using default settings, except that, for the “up to 72 hours” claim only, Extreme Battery Saver mode was enabled.
Battery life depends upon many factors and usage of certain features will decrease battery life. Actual battery life may be lower.
₆Fast wired charging rates (up to 20 watts on Pixel 7 and up to 23 W on Pixel 7 Pro) are based upon use of the Google 30W USB-C® Charger plugged into a wall outlet. Actual results may be slower. Adapters sold separately.

Finally a phone worthy of the Pixel name

Posted by Kyle Lawson on 30th May 2024

Upgraded from a Pixel 5 due to the great trade in and gift card promo. This phone is a worthy upgrade if you have anything prior to the pixel 6. Great camera, 11-12 hours screen on time, great build quality. Photo taken with the telephoto lens.

Well rounded android phone too good to pass up

Posted by Sarah Galloway on 11th May 2024

To sum it up, this phone is smooth, and snappy and meets my needs. I love the clean android Pixel OS that isn’t busy and just very fluid. The cameras and it’s computational photography capabilities make for very very good photos and video. With me use the battery lasts into the next day. The only cons are that the under the screen fingerprint scanner isn’t 100% coal or of reading my fingerprints, and the split screen multitasking is not supported by a lot of apps. That’s it. This phone packs so much value for its price that it makes it hard it look a more expensive phone.

    Pixel Battery Issues

Posted by April Fields on 3rd May 2024

Phone is nice, camera is great....but the battery is TERRIBLE! My Pixel 6 had battery issues as well, I can't go a full day without charging a couple times. Just using it for regular things like texts and calls seem to drain it, but using Google Maps will drain the battery so fast sometimes that it looks like it's a timer counting down. Always runs HOT as well.

Nice upgrade to the Pixel line!

Posted by Christopher Hall on 29th Apr 2024

I had the Pixel 2XL and Pixel 5 before this phone. The phone feels solid to hold and the camera is AMAZING! Only thing I miss is the unlimited photo storage that Google offered until the Pixel 5. See attached photo for the amazing zoom capabilities!

    Powerful Beast of a Phone

Posted by Elizabeth Herrera MD on 26th Apr 2024

Very nice phone, Google is setting the bar very high with this Monster. Upgraded from the Pixel 5. This phone is fully packed with large battery capacity and powerful Chipset along with plenty of RAM. Phone runs apps and games so smoothly. The camera upgrade is very impressive. My Pixel 5 flawless 5G connectivity where I live and it is nice to know that this Pixel 7 Pro also has the same 5G connectivity along with having 5G UW that was capable on the Pixel 5 but not implemented by Verizon. It is a much bigger phone but I can really appreciate having the bigger keyboard so no more mistyping. Display is vivid and clear. charges on the Google Pixel Stand (2nd Gen) so quickly. My only complaint is the curved edges on the screen sides, makes it difficult to click the "X" to close out ads in various games.

Excellent Stock Android for the Price.

Posted by Elizabeth Mcdaniel on 20th Apr 2024

One of the best Android phones i have used. Google stock software is always nice with features not found on other android devices. The hardware is a generation behind other Android devices but the software makes up for it is unique ways. Battery is surprisingly excellent from previous android devices i have used in the past. With at least 5 years guaranteed Android software update from google. Only giving it a 4 out of 5 stars because no product is perfect and you still encounter the minor bugs and freezing that any phone has.

    Good Phone for daily Use

Posted by Paul Collier on 15th Apr 2024

Good Phone for daily use and does not hang , one of the best phones I have used till date. Works smoothly and has good camera quality. The only cons is 1) If you need 1 day battery backup, you need to start battery saver 2) Raw OS does not allow you to keep fancy Themes for LockScreen and Home Screen.

    Best Phone I Ever Owned

Posted by Wendy Nunez on 12th Apr 2024

Upgrading from a Pixel 6 Pro, the increased processor performance, better battery life, increased zoom and macro mode on the camera are worth the upgrade.
