Never Have to Upgrade Again (Hopefully)

Posted by Cathy Clay on 17th May 2024

Let me say that I did not need this level of power for this upgrade. Crushes every single game I send its way with no noise from its fans, no coil whine at all. I had a 6900XT before and that had plenty of coil whine to the point where I could hear it with headphones on. I can finally play Cyberpunk, Helldivers 2, etc without having my PC become a nuclear reactor. Just make sure you have a CPU to keep up with the FPS this power unit puts out and have a case large enough to be able to cool/fit this massive thing. Yes, it is expensive and yes maybe you don't need it but with this, you don't need to buy anything else for the next 5-10 years.

Excellent GPU, look for open box deals!

Posted by Jessica Harrison on 14th May 2024

Excellent gpu! Great for 4k 144hz gaming. Getting temps around 70c on AAA titles. I would recommend getting a 1000 w+ gpu with the new 12vhpwr connector if you are also buying a psu at the same time. Got mine as open box and have had no issues so far.

Good looking card and it's huge. One star off because I think the backplate could be better.

    A Beast of a card

Posted by Dr. Ruben Moreno on 2nd May 2024

What a beast of a card. Do i regret paying so much, yes however if you want to drive a Samsung GEO 9 @ 250htz 49" 5120x1440 then this is the beast to do it. I play BF 2042 and COD MWII all on max setting at 250 htz. What a dream. Just make sure you not being cheap on CPU, MB, Ram and a nice power supply and it will treat you right. I did ding it on value and only gave it 3 starts cuz 1.8k is insane, but also the only card to push my monitor to my eye candy

    The One.

Posted by Nathan Schwartz on 9th Apr 2024

The best leap in performance ever from previous generation. I finally don't have to choose between max settings or 4k 120 fps. The last card you'll need for years and years. Ive owned the 2080ti and the 3090, 3dMark results are shown in photos.
