Throughout the entire scope of focal lengths, this lens remains the same physical length, so it's always perfectly balanced in use. Rapid and near-silent autofocus is ensured by a linear motor, and a range of physical focusing controls are close to the optic's mount, including AF-ON, AF-L, and a focus range selector. Five stops of Optical Image Stabilization enables creativity in all conditions, while its weather-resistant design works to achieve the same goal of limitless opportunity. All this is housed in a lens that weighs just 1600g, measuring less than 315mm. Buy 100-400mm instead.
After 400mm images quality drops, sharpness is not acceptable. But it's only fuji 600mm lens, so I kept it.

Best Fuji telephoto
IMO it’s the best Fuji telephoto lens, especially for wildlife. Not too heavy either so you can carry it on walks/hills

Lightest in 600mm class!
Great image quality, no chromatic aberration at all! Super light . tripod collar included, shoulder strap is very handy. Fast focus. Continous tracking birds in video (xh1) at 600mm , no issues. Focus breathing, yes. But only on static objects while using high focus sensitivity. F8 at 600mm kind a dark, but other lenses you need to close up to F8 to achieve same sharpness. So maybe for someone who prefer less price to work around the inferior lenses, skip from Fuji at all.

Great Fuji Lens for Specific Applications
Very good lens for outdoor / wildlife photography…well balanced and light. Good for traveling due to internal zoom lens configuration. Works well woth my H2S and XT4.
