Charge Status Indicator Set your empty Ember Mug 2 on the included Charging Coaster 2 to charge. The smart LED light on the front of the Mug will breathe red when charging and be solid green when fully charged. The LED is white when heating or monitoring a hot beverage.
Easy Cleaning Every Ember Mug 2 is IPX7 rated for full underwater submersion making your Mug easy to hand wash, rinse or soak.
Your Temperature, Your Way Set the temperature of your hot drink down to the degree. Start with the preset 135°F or select your favorite temperature from a range of 120°F to 145°F (48.9°C to 62.8°C).
Auto Sleep Simply start pouring to turn on your Ember Mug 2. When empty, it will automatically enter sleep mode to conserve power. Ember intelligently turns on and off using patented sensors to detect liquid level and temperature.
Ember App Once you’ve paired your Ember Mug 2 to the Ember app, remotely set your drinking temperature, save presets for all your favorite drinks, try our tea steeping timers, or personalize the smart LED to your favorite color. The Ember App is compatible with iOS and Android devices.

Great but slighty small
The technology is phenomenal it does what it claims however the cup is slightly too small at filling completely at the 7.76oz nespresso pod I use. I am unable to add creamer without fear of spilling.

More than a cup
Its more than a cup. It literally heats up. Then stays exactly how hot i want it to so i dont have to drink my coffee super quick like previous inferior cups have mandated before my coffee liquids get cold. No more cold coffee liquids!

Good but could be better.
Love the color of this mug. Does what it says and keeps hot drinks at desire temperature. It does heat from beneath so the bottom of your drink may be hotter than the top where you sip. Scratches easily if you use metal spoons.

Warm coffee for hours.
The reason I gave it a four. Was because it’s a little pricey. It was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He takes it to work. He owns a gym. This keeps his coffee warm while he’s training.

The product I never knew I needed!
This item was a repurchase for me after the first one developed battery issue and was out of warranty. I drink a cup of coffee every morning, and I would often sat my cup down due to the coffee being to hot only to find my coffee warm and much too cool for my liking upon returning to it. That problem is a thing of the past with this cup. I can set the temperature I want and when the coffee cools to that temperature the cup maintains it very well. Perfect! I would have gave it 5 stars if I didn't have to repurchase it, however it's hard to make do without it!

Amazing device with fatal flaw
This mug itself has been fantastic. A self-heating coffee cup, the future is here! The app and bluetooth connection can be a bit fiddly but when it works its a dream. After having this mug for under a year and a half having exclusively hand washed it, the inside of the mug is flaking off. Just a few months out of warranty and it's unusable in this state unless I would want to inevitably drink whatever material it's coated with. I've reached out to their support team and am waiting to hear back but in any case I would encourage researching the coating flaking issue online if you're considering anything from this line.

High quality and useful mug
This was a birthday gift for my wife. She isn’t much into tech items, but she loves her morning coffee. She absolutely loves this coffee mug and hasn’t used anything else since getting it. It seems to be high quality and easy to use. We linked it to her phone and she enjoys getting texts from the mug. Attached is a picture of a text she just got saying the coffee is ready. We originally got her the 10oz mug but it didn’t leave enough room for her massive amount of creamer she likes to use so we upgraded to the 14oz one which is perfect. She likes that this mug helps keep the creamer from cooling down the coffee. We highly recommend this mug but it is a little pricey.

WOW!! Best. Mug. Ever.
I cant say ENOUGH about this mug! I’ve been eyeing them for a year and when I bought one… I bought three more! They should be awarded “Best Gift of The Year.” Keeps my coffee piping hot and the app feature is easy to use. Thank you so much Ember!!

Pleasant experience
It keeps the drinks warm. I do wish it kept it I bit hotter and for a bit longer. But overall gives a very pleasant experience of not having to drink coffee all at once
