Do not get this laptop, its not worth it.
At first i was excited for this laptop, I had it for a couple months and i regret getting it. It constantly has trouble connecting to Bluetooth, its heck-a laggy, and constantly shuts off over and over and over, My sound on it doesn't work at all i have to turn it down then up then down again when i disconnected my ear buds. And ofc these problems happen after the 30 day return period so I'm stuck with this. It is a horrible laptop i do not recommend

Great product and tutoring for maximum use
Bernie in the "Geek Squad" gave me some suggestions and Jason in Computers helped me to match my needs to a computer (that was on sale). It is an excellent computer. In addition, I enrolled in the yearly membership and have been attending scheduled personal tutoring with Bernie and he is an excellent teacher and experienced technician. Great product for me and even better personal attention.
