    Bought for $250 on Memorial Day Sale.

    Best Buy cancelled my order for $250 on memorial day. Despite being given a delivery day of Friday they cancelled my order on May 28th. After going to two Best Buy stores in oerson to get the price honored i found out why Best Buy cancelled my laptop and that it happened wrongfully. I was told to go online to get the price adjusted back to $249.99 and replace my order. The online support agent told it me it was completely possible and i even got told by that same support agent that they were going to honor the price. A couple messages later he said the best he could do was $450 and to go back in store with a case number he provided. I soon gound out that case numbers were a Best Buy phone support thing and they still couldn't help me out and told me to go back online. Afterwards I called Best Buy's customer service line. I received great support and was told to wait 72 hours for a response. The agent on the phone also reassured me that i would get the price honored. After 72 hours and no email back i called back and got no assistance from anyone by the fourth day. On day 5 i spent 3 and a half hours on the phone being pushed back and forth between the Primary Care Department and the Sales department. Each one guaranteed that they would be able to match the price and set things right. In between the constant back and forths i had 4 customer service agents hang up on me and on 4 seperate occasions sending me Digital Sales, Primary Services, and Major Appliances. Not only was i misdirected, but out of the 22 different people i spoke to over the phone almost all of them blatantly lied to me so that they didn't have to help me. Once Best Buy did get back to me eventually they told me that they weren't going to honor the price of the laptop I purchased during the memorial day sale. As a student with a very limited budget this laptop was perfect for all my needs. Despite Best Buy's own policy being that they'll honor the price you purchased an item for, despite all the countless time and effort I put in to make sure i got the price honored, and despite all the customer service representatives that promised me and guaranteed me that i was going to get my laptop for $249.99 i feel hurt. Best Buy is not a company that cares about the consumer and they have no problem wrongfully advertising products for sale and pulling the rug underneath there customers.

    MENU BAR not visable on first boot-up!

    Very happy with it after 3 weeks, but I had to jump through hoops and hours on support to get the Menu bar (File, edit, view etc.) to appear. I cannot imagine why this should be an optional choice as you cannot perform any fuctions on your computer without that menu on top. Otherwise, happy with this product.

    After i purchased it best buy cancelled my order the day after and increased the price by 300 dollars
