The Cuisinart Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven will help you create restaurant-quality pizza right in your backyard! The pizza oven includes a 13" diameter cordierite baking stone that provides 143 square inches of cooking space, allowing you to make a variety of different size pizzas, from personal to full size. The oven is equipped with a 15,000 BTU burner and steel heat plate to help evenly distribute heat throughout the oven. The powerful burner will get your oven up to a temperature of 650 degrees in 5-10 minutes. The stone heats evenly through the process of conductive heating to give you a perfectly crispy crust each time. The venting on the sides of the oven bring in cool air that is heated by the stainless steel burner and is then moved around the pizza to create a natural convection affect. The domed inner liner of the lid reflects heat back down to the pizza while creating a pocket of hot air to evenly cook your toppings. To give your pizzas even more flavor, use the smoke cup to burn wood chips while you are cooking to give your pizzas a natural smokey flavor just like a real brick oven!

I'm The Pizza King
Simple assembly & everything is built solid. This thing fits us perfectly. We don't have much outdoor space so, our oven sits on top of our BBQ grill & I run the gas hose from that grill. We got crust from a local joint & grabbed a bunch of different toppings for 3 pizzas. The oven got to over 500° (maybe 525°ish) and held there running from the 20 lb. tank. 6 minutes of baking is all it takes per pizza. Reading before we got it led me to get the Cuisinart pizza turning sticks & I can't recommend them more. The best pizza I made, without overcooking the crust, was when I gave the pizza a 1/3 turn every 2 minutes. The warming drawer works great when you're making multiple pies. I've declared myself the best pizza chef in our town. Get one of these. You will not be disappointed.
