Broke after three months
Bought for Christmas and three months in arm broke off... majore problem for a 300 chair! Need to get woth manufacturer and get this fixed

Building it was relatively easy. Arms are put in with screws so they get loose over time. Overall comfortable!

arm broke after 3 months. not good quality for the cost of the chair. now i have to contact the manufacturer to see if they will replace the chair, too much unnecessary time wasted

Nice and Pretty but some some part issues
The quality of the chair is nice and it looks super pretty! However one of the arm of the chairs had a stripped bolt and therefore it made the arm wobbly which sucks considering the price of the chair. The pillow is kinda awkward as well.

Good quality chair, mistakes in manufacturing
The chair itself is great. My two issues were that the plastic cover for the lift was broken (looked past it because it’s only visible if you look for it) and that one of the screws for the assembly was the wrong one which means a trip to Lowe’s. Not a very premium experience for a premiem cost.

Not a good buy for the high price!
Both arms on this chair came loose and wouldn’t tighten back up eventually broke off within 3 months. Not a good buy.
