Good investment! Buy the warranty
First off let me tell you as a first time mom this is great! I didn’t think I would need a Keurig for my baby bottles... but feeding every 2 hours in the dot in the middle of the night and sometimes spilling formula or water everywhere it can get to you... I finally got this and it’s night and day. Very easy to use and change setting because she eats 2-3 oz I can easily switch back and forth. Comes with 3 temperature setting which is lovely for during the winter and in the summer I can use the lowest which is room temperature. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars solely because you have to change out the funnel every 4 bottles but you get used to it I guess. And by accident when I was changing the formula out I took the base off to wash it and I saw build up of what seems like MOLD or gooey gunk. It’s horrible they don’t advise you to was this often as well because we are feeding this crap to our babies every time. I defiantly do recommend buying this however, for the steep price you would figure they advise customers to clean all parts often to protect their babies AND hopefully they come up with a different piece to replace having to wash the funnel every 4 uses.

Terrible customer service, be careful.
Worked great with one kind of formula, is unusable with another. When we switched to Enfamil AR, thats when our issues began. The formula builds up on the inside of the funnel within 1-2 uses. The amount of formula is significant, obviously an issue because your baby will be getting too much water vs formula. Our baby began having an upset tummy and refusing the bottle as we continued to try and work through the brezza's issues. Even cleaning the funnel after each use didn't prevent a large chunk of formula from remaining in the funnel. I used to love this machine, now its an overpriced water dispenser. We have multiple funnels because you're supposed to clean them after every four uses. Customer service rep was rude and unhelpful, assured me nothing I was asking about was covered by warranty before he even tried to answer my questions. This was the one time I was looking forward to completing the usual survey after a support phone call.

You Need This!
This has a 3 temp setting: room temperature, body temperature and "warmer than body temperature" (which is NOT hot) the temps are perfect as baby grows! You can also set the formula "brand" by choosing the setting number on their website and a great feature is being able to increase or decrease by 1 OZ increments instead of 2 like most machines. It will tell you to clean the dispenser spout about every 6th or 7th time using it, but that should be done anyway for baby's sake. The spout is easily pulled out, cleaned and put back. This is my 2nd one. We keep one in the kitchen and one in baby's room in the lower level of our home (no running up and down in the middle of the night!) The water tank is tucked in the back and the whole machine is about the size of a small Keurig. The powder tank on top holds about one 19.5 or 20oz container of formula. It has mixed right every time for us and the temp is always spot on. It dispenses in literal seconds. Pop the nipple on and your ready to feed baby! No more boiling on stove, warming under water or whatever other method you are using. Also has a wonderful "warm water" feature that we have used when friends visit and need to mix other formulas or what not. A definite must for parents! Easy Breezy! **Please note! this is not for formula concentrate or any liquid formulas of any kind.

This product is the most time saving product that I’ve bought yet. Makes mixing fourmula so simple. Add your water, formula, set your ounces, and press start. Makes your bottle in 5 seconds and its mixed and ready. May be a little pricey, but its worth every penny.

Great for new parents
This is an amazing product, as new parents it was getting expensive buying the concentrate formula so getting the powder mix and this machine was very cost effective. At a button push you can prepare a bottle one at a time or do what we do and make a larger batch to use for a few feedings/top off feedings. Our tip, buy another filter so you can rotate it needs to be cleaned often and having a spare will help you during those night feedings. Being able to load the hopper and see the powder level is also a plus, you need to get a spoon and compact the sides since the hopper spins, there is a line that shows you what level the powder hopper should be for optimized mixes. Very important when they are little since new babies cannot process to much water, you want thicker formula also to keep them full longer and prevent the back blast blow outs.
