Great option for a Curved Gaming Monitor
When it comes to choosing a gaming monitor, Asus is always a solid choice. This curved 27 inch display is loaded with features such as HDR, G-Sync and FreeSync, has a 240HZ refresh rate, 1ms response time, and is all backed by a 3 year warranty in case anything were to happen to it. Overall, I found gaming on this monitor (and doing normal stuff like watching youtube, movies, etc.) to be quite nice. For the price of $279.99, it comes in at a fairly decent price given the specs, compared to other similar options. The image quality looked pretty good and the colors were fairly vibrant. I may end up using this monitor specifically for a racing sim set-up in the future as I did enjoy testing it out on games like American Truck Simulator and Project Cars 2. I will say the one only downside I found with this monitor was that 1080p on a 27 inch display does not look the best in some games or really in general. The pixels themselves are larger and so the image is not as smooth as I would like it to be. This problem was most noticeable to me when playing Rocket League. I really think 1440p would've been the perfect resolution for this monitor, but regardless it is still a very nice monitor and I think anyone that buys this monitor will be happy with their decision. I even tested it out by itself with my laptop and found it very nice to use as an additional monitor so even if you aren't buying it to game on and just want a nice curved monitor, it will be a very solid choice.

Lights, Camera, Action!
I bought this monitor because unfortunley my old one had a ugly black line down the screen causing me to get a replacement. I had to go with asus since thats what my monitor of choice is, they are a good brand. All in all i had to go with this one because for my personal prefrence i wanted a curved screen with a 27in screen which was perfect for me. Graphics on ps5 are amazing but this minitor could be used for anything that hooks up with hdmi. Great response time, easy set up also mountable to your wall if you would like to save space. I hope this helps!

Excellent 1080P fast refresh gaming monitor!
This Asus monitor is a pretty great value for what you’re getting. I intend for this to replace another 75Hz 1080p monitor at 14 inches. A few people told me that going up to 27 inches without a resolution increase can make an upgrade like this not worthwhile but I disagree. This TUF monitor is fairly sharp with good color reproduction. I didn’t aim this for production work (I have other monitors for that) but I can see that I could use this in a pinch if I needed a 4th monitor and need to match. In terms of brightness, it’s fairly average compared to other monitors I’ve used and seen at this price range, so I’m fairly satisfied. But what I’m really satisfied with is the refresh rate. I really didn’t’ think that 240Hz would make a difference coming from 75Hz and experiencing 165Hz, but it seems to make a huge difference when playing competitive games such as Counter Strike. I don’t get much tearing and I don’t experience much blur. I guess when you’ve lived with 75Hz then move to 240Hz, you get used to the slow latency. This monitor definitely improved my game. I tried it with Starfield and yeah, I don’t have a powerful enough computer to push it to its limits even at 1080 but it worked well and really surprised me as to the quality. 1080p gaming isn’t dead! One thing that is new for me is that I had to lower my settings to max out the monitor. You honestly don’t have to this in practice, but I have a pretty nice 6950XT so it just proves to me that higher rez gaming really isn’t here yet. I really wish they put a USB-C hub connection in the back instead of using the older connectors! USB-B 3.0 is so big, uncool, and last decade. My wife asked me why I was sighing so badly after looking at the back of the monitor. Yes, it’s 2023, so let’s get back to the future. I highly recommend this monitor for 1080P gaming. There’s not much to find wrong with the monitor. They hit all the things that matter with a good price to boot!

It's for gaming
The Asus Tuf gaming monitor is exactly what it advertises gaming. First, this thing came nicely packed, It was well foam padded all around. It is nicely built and the designs on the back look sweet. This is by far one of the easiest to set up monitors I have used. The stand was already attached to the monitor, all I had to do was to screw the base which can be tightened by hand. Adjusting the height, swiveling or tilting is pretty much effortless and smooth. This monitor is very sturdy. This is a 27 inch LED, 1080p with HDR curved monitor. It supports AMDFreesync, with 240hz refresh rate at 1ms. In the back it has several ports: two HDMI 2.0, one DP 1.2, two USB3, one USB type A and headphone jack. It also had built-in speakers. They are not the loudest but it has them. Also in the back there are 4 buttons for the menu and 1 for the power. So far I'm having a great experience gaming on this monitor. I connected it to my Alienware x17 with an RTX3070 and was able to get constant 100 FPS during COD. In some instances over 200 with a max of 233 FPS. With Exoprimal I was getting constant 70FPS with the No Limit FPS settings on. The visuals during gaming are great. This monitor produces vivid and bright colors. However, I couldn't get that same beautiful visual for regular computer use. Most of the presets are for gaming. There are two that I would say could be used for regular everyday normal use. Those presets were Cinema and Scenery. But for my taste I didn't like either one. The screen was either too dark and too sharp. I wish you could have the option to adjust all the settings within the presets but you can't. You're only allowed to adjust certain things. For example: I used the racing preset which I find to be more suitable for my taste and it has a smoother image. However, the images are a little darker and the colors are not as vivid. I can adjust the brightness but I'm not able to adjust the color saturation because it's locked. If you want to adjust all the colors settings manually you have to turn off the HDR within the Windows display settings. If you have the HDR feature on you have to download the Asus display widget to change the gaming presets I mentioned. The Asus display widget app has 6 different gaming presets: RPG, FPS, Cinema, Scenery, Racing, sRBG and MOBA. There's also additional gaming plus features you can use like FPS counters and different types of crosshair for shooter games and even a timer. Aside from that, overall this monitor performed great for gaming and multimedia. It is very well designed and has plenty of connectivity inputs. It supports some of the latest gaming technology such as high refresh rate, HDR and low response time. It is 27 inches which is not too big or too small. In the box you get the Monitor, DP cable, HDMI cable, power adapter and cord, USB3 cable and some manuals.

Gaming monitor loaded with great features.
This ASUS - TUF 27" IPS LED FHD G-SYNC Gaming Monitor with HDR (DisplayPort, HDMI), plus USB ports, built in speakers, and loaded with features is a fantastic gaming monitor. It has the DisplayPort cable, HDMI cable, and the USB cable included. The TUF Gaming Monitor by ASUS, has a great picture that clearly displays all the colors correctly. It has an Auto HDR mode too. One cool thing that I truly love is that the monitor can move in all sorts of directions. Up, Down, Side to Side, and it turns on the stand base too. It was up and running on my PC in less than 5 minutes. Thats taking it out of the box, putting the monitor onto the stand and screwing on the screw on the bottom, and plugging it all up. The display is curved, which I love. It makes for a better gaming experience. The speakers don’t sound bad either. You can also adjust the sound settings accordingly so that it’s PC, Headphones, Soundbar, and Mic In. The screen doesn’t flicker or lag when playing high graphics games at all. The blacks are black, the greys are grey, and the colors are very vibrant. There is also a Cinema mode too. I also hooked this up to my laptop and it was seamless. The buttons are on the right side of the back of the monitor. They are simple to use, and includes a tiny joystick like button that you can move in any direction, then push it to select. I highly recommend this gaming monitor.
