Best EVER!!
I LOVE my new IMAC!!! It is exceeding all my expectations. I used my Mac laptop for 11 years, and was never disappointed until just recently, when it would not update a couple of things. The new one is full of so many features, and I love the big screen. I called for support, and the help was immediate, as always. I am a big apple fan. I had my first Apple 2C in 1985. I am continueand will to be a huge fan of Apple products.

Great computer. Lousy gift card “helpline”
iMac is superb! Folks at the BestBuy store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’m docking a star for a gift card issue. I tried to use a gift card on the purchase but the PIN number came off when I pulled back the strip. The store said this could only be remedied by the gift card helpline. The helpline said the store needed to remedy the issue. After some more back and forth, the helpline said they would mail a replacement card. It’s 2 weeks now, but no card or confirmation that it’s even been sent.

New 24” IMac
I have own Macs for many years, it was time to upgrade my 27” I Mac. Wanted latest M3 chip , some concern on screen size but after using for 3 weeks no problem. Geek squad guy, Nick, was a pro and smooth out the transition of files and setup.

Damaged revealed on day 14 of the return window…
After 2 weeks with no problems, the screen is showing a vertical purple line through it and another line at the to top of the screen, horizontally. This happened on the LAST day of Apple’s 14 day return policy to the store! I was so upset because I already have a lot of my work on the system and I cant just drop everything and return the computer. Now im in a bind due to best buy’s negligence. Since Best Buy only allows a 14 day return policy on Apple products, I’m gonna have to deal with Apple directly. Even though it’s not Apple’s fault, it’s Best Buy. They damaged it during the shipping process. I had it delivered to my house from the store. I’ve been so upset about it, but I haven’t had time to call Apple because Im so busy with work. What SHOULD happen is Best Buy should replace it. Period. This is a huge inconvenience to me and my work. I work from home and my job is my computer. So thanks a lot Best Buy in Alexandria, Louisiana for ruining something I’ve been saving for, for over

Good buy for the compromise
Since you only allow 5 Stars. I HATE THE MAGIC MOUSE. It has got to be the most annoying thing about this machine. Spend a few extra and get the touchpad. Or buy a third-party mouse! Other than that, so far, I'm liking the purchase. I had to work around the limited storage to get the BB offer, but that doesn't seem to be a problem, just a little getting used to.
